When you submit a buyer or investment inquiry, we collect the contact and company details, sourcing requirements and optional files you choose to provide. We may also retain the landing page, referral and campaign parameters associated with the inquiry.
We use this information to review and respond to the inquiry, identify potentially relevant Nantong products, companies, districts or public contact routes, and maintain a record of the sourcing conversation.
Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider. Information may be shared with a relevant supplier, public authority, park or project service organization when needed to respond to your request or arrange an introduction. We do not sell personal information.
Inquiry records and attachments are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for sourcing communication and administration. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. Optional traffic analytics, when configured, are used to understand page and form performance and are not used to read attachment contents.

Nantong Sourcing is an independently operated sourcing information service based in Nantong, Jiangsu, China. It is not an official government website, supplier-owned store or party to transactions. This policy may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change.
